THE FOUR FLOWERS

Mar-28-2009 By Stephanie Bell the Spirit Coach

It’s spring in most parts of the world — my favorite time of year! : )  And I love flowers — especially the spring flowers like tulips and daffodils.  In fact, I bought a bunch of daffodils at the grocery store just the other day because they reminded me of my time in England.

You know Spring has arrived in England when the daffodils arrive! : )  It’s one of the few bright spots in the greyness that is typical of of the UK!  They first appear in the shops in tight little bundles that you aren’t quite sure will actually open!  Then as you drive around — you see the landscape exploding with the bright yellow heads popping up! : )  It’s one of my fondest memories of my 8 years in England.

So it was really delightful to recently speak with Lynn Serafinn (who lives in the UK by the way) on my weekly PASSIONATELY POSITIVE internet radio show (listen to replay here).  Lynn is releasing her latest book, THE GARDEN OF THE SOUL (you know I love that right?) and I’m happy to be offering one of the bonus gifts when you purchase a copy! : )

Back to the daffodils — in the beginning of the book there is a story  called THE FOUR FLOWERS — Lynn describes the principles of the Rose, the Lily, the Iris and  . . . the Daffodil.  The Daffodil it turns out is all about BECOMING.   As Lynn states:

I see Daffodils as an enormous voice of courage in life, as they help to remind us to let go of our fears of obstacles, and simply “become” that person we are meant to “be”.

During our discussion Lynn shared the principles of the other three flowers and you can listen to the show here.

Or perhaps you just want to buy the book as soon as it is released next week! : )  Please visit the book website to get all the information including how to receive the over 30 great bonuses Lynn is offering with your purchase.

I found Lynn to be a fascinating woman with an electic background that includes being a symphony violinist, a number 1 electronic dance artist and the founder of the GLOBAL WELLNESS CIRCLE, a thriving community-based holistic education project throughout the United Kingdom.  For more information about Lynn you are also invited to visit her at www.Create-A-Life.Co.UK.

And . . . .

ENJOY YOUR SPRING! : )  Go buy yourself some flowers! : )

Blessings!
